Hello all Have had a very busy week. After been in Barcelona for 2 days we headed down to Valencia. Valencia was lovely, very relaxed and hot. The youth hostel had a roof terrace so did a spot of sunbathing. The buildings were fantastic and had a fab time. We went on a bus tour in the evening and were treated to a firework display - spectacular. Hello all, Weather hasnt been so good today but we have still managed to do quite a bit - we have done so much walking! We saw an amazing Basilica called Fouviere Notre Dame - it is very ornate inside and dramatic from the outside. We have cooked again tonight - arent we good! However it was pasta but we made it more interesting by adding smoked salmon and creme fraiche - yummy! Off to Sete tomorrow, have checked weather, will be wet again but hopefully sligh...

Bonjoir Seen lots of amazing buildings and sights. Arrived in Lyon today via double decker tgv train across France - was very exciting. We have cooked for ourselves this eve - pasta! Well, we have been very busy so far, seen loads of sights in Paris. We have been up the Eiffel Tower, and seen it lit up at night. We have also been to Sacre Coeur, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysee, Louve and Notre Dame. Today we travelled to Tours, it is lovely. Lots of old buildings and quaint shops and cafes. Hope to go on the Loire river tomorrow to see a few chateaux and look around the street markets. You wouldnt believe it but we cant put our pics on here at...
