After 4 weeks in turkey it was time to make our way back across europe to Croatia. We were told that if we got the local bus driver in Edrine (top of turkey) to drop us off at a petrol station near the Bulgaria boarder we could get on a bus heading from Istanbul to Sofia. As Kiwis's it is compulsory to come and check out ANZAC cove, so we caught a 5 hour bus down to Ecebat and checked into a very nice hotel for the night called Crowded House (which was playing Crowded House) for only 10 euros each which included breakfast.
