Just to let everyone know, Rosa and Andrew landed at Gatwick Airport at 07.30 this morning. I believe there were many hugs and tears and that was just Andrew.

Hey guys! It is so weird looking at your photos now as a lot of them are of places I have been! Got my postcard yesterday Rose, thank you very much for waiting to make me jealous with one from BA - but I loved it. I will make it there one day! Hugely impressed with Greeno's tango dancing (didnt think you had it in you!!!) but did you not have a go Rosa?! I cant believe you absailed (?!?) in Iguassu, I did not know you could do that! Very jealous - will now have to go back, but I am glad you liked them - as amazing as I told you?! I just got back from Cuba which was amazing, shame you didnt incorporate that into your trip! AMAZING! Ooh, I got kissed by dolphins! Absolutely fabulous swimming with them! Have to say I was very worried about you guys what with Wilma coming your way, but was very pleased that Airlie chatted to you and she told me that you are safe and sound. Airlie and Emma are coming down my way this weekend and we are going out in Brighton tomorrow night - absolutely cant wait to see them, but I wont deny that we will definitely be missing a very important person! Keep taking care of yourselves and enjoy the little time you have left, but I really cant wait to see you! Love you xxxxx

Glad you're finding this amusing Simon!! I was actually very scared when the first of the rain and wind arrived last night. After that small burst we were not prepared to hang around and experience the actual hurricane in some refuge in the town... despite the locals protesting nothing was going to happen! We got a bus at 6 this morning with other worried travellers and locals to Merida and arrived a short while ago. The weather here is fine (for now - very sunny even!) but very muggy. Point is we're safe! Hannah how about you? Are you stranded in Cuba??
