well...... what an adventure the last 24 hours have been. On the way to Koh Phi Phi Lay we stopped off for some snorkelling and kayaking (we're pros now) before arriving to explore our home for the night. It was soon sunset and we sat side by side admiring the view whilst moby 'porcelain' played on the ipod (from the film, saddos haha!) When the sun had gone down we all sat round little oil burners and our hungry bellies waited for dinner.... plates of chicken...

Spent Monday travelling from Koh Tao to Krabi, over 12 hours in total!! Tuesday we did a day trip to Phang Nga Bay National Park on a longtail boat, a set of islands off the Krabi coast. In brief we visited James Bond Island where 'Man with the Golden Gun' scene was filmed, very tiny and lots of tourists! After topping up our tans on the beach we got ready for the infamous Full Moon Party..... (to those who aren't sure - the Full Moon Party at Hat Rin Beach on Koh Pha Ngan island occurs every full moon and attracts between 10,000 and 30,000 party-goers depending on the time of year. So we did our bit of chilling on the beach, listening to tracks such as Bob Marley's 'Don't Worry about a thing'... good times! Was nice to spend a bit of time doing nothing! Evenings consisted of barbeques, beverages and fire jugglers... including a four year old!!??!! Today, we've come back from an amazing trip round the island, though we thought the boat was going to capsize at one point!! Lifejackets, snorkels and fins at the ready we headed to Shark Bay....

Samui done - yesterday we packed up our bags and got the boat to Koh Tao, the smallest of the islands and THE place to scuba-dive supposedly. We're staying in Sairee beach and already we love it. the beach is lined with open fronted chilled out bars, beach huts, and travellers enjoying this pocket of paradise.
