With skiing now finished and having left Rachael on her own for two days it was time to see a little more of Banff (although we did managed to sleep in until 11.00). After lunch we did a little shopping on the really nice Banff high street, stopped for a coffee and even managed to buy a couple of things to take home.

Ben and Tom hired ice skates and set off in hunt of a patch to use them. We'd been advise of a river we could go on (don't be getting any ideas Lucas), and had some fun scooting around the ice. As it was a little rough we took a short walk upto a nice hotel in which they managed the ice on their lake and we both tested our best jumping skills.

In the evening Ben made us tea in our hostel and it was followed by another early night.
