Hey everybody,

thay let me out! Been on the go again for 4 days now. Think thay only let me out because thay could'nt find any new and exciting ways of making me scream, but i'm on the lose again. The insurance company got us back over to Koh Phangan where Two rocks bungalows had keep our stuff safe for us, and we stayed for a couple of night's. Loads of credit to Paul the barman because i sat at the bar drinking coffee and sprite, as i can't drink for a mounth now. He could still find something to talk about and was still good fun, cheers mate. We left yesterday and took the big trip acrossed Thailand again, was'nt to bad just the 13 hours from start to finish and now we are in Koh Lantra.

Koh Lantra is about 10 years behind most off Thailand, it's not overly Developed and it's really laid back here. When i was here two years ago i learnt to spin poi on this very island. So i gonna go and find out if the guy that taught me is still around. I've already found the next party so were set for tomorrow, and we missed all the Phangan parties because i was ill, so we really are going to go mad.

The only thing really left to say is thanks to everybody who e-mailed there concern for me it's good to know that you where all thinking of me while i was ill.
