Steve Hi Tim As my family approaches the half-way point on our journey, and seeing your last blog post reminded me many evenings sitting around the table reading your of your blog posts to the family. It sure is an incredible experience to be with the family, and not being drawn in multiple directions because of different extra curricular activities. Yes - there are the challenges, as you experience of always being together, yet - being together is actually such a rare thing when back home. I know the weather is -40 something at home, and I am not at all homesick, still very much enjoying the travel life. Have you signed up to the next leave-with-income averaging ?. Steve
re: Home Again, Home Agaim Jiggidy Jigg JigMoT Can't wait to see you folks back here, safe, sound, and un-singed! Drive and camp safely and let's make plans to get you all out to the cabin really soon. xo

re: Calgary, AlbertaTim Great to hear from you Monte and Nancy. We'll look you up next time we're in your neighborhood!
re: Calgary, AlbertaMonty & Nancy Hand It was wonderful meeting your family the other night at dinner. Glad your journey home went well and looking forward to a.) reading your blog; and b.) seeing you in the future in Virginia!
re: Calgary, AlbertaMoT Beautifully elucidated, once more. The story about Shannon meeting a young friend brought me tears.
re: Amsterdam, Netherlandsjuliet fellick Dear Debbie, Tim Mira and Shannon, We loved having you to stay, the house seemed very quiet, after I got back from taking you to the station! The trip to Arundel Castle, with the sunny weather ( no rain) was memorable, the falcons, knights in combat and the archery together with the interior of the castle which was used by Americans and Canadians during the war was magnificent. I will never forget the story telling with Maid Marion. We loved our last supper with you and appreciated the help of your two lovely chefs for the rhubarb crumble( chrisp) and beautifully laid table and special tea afterwards !You have two beautiful daughters and it was a very special time for us having you all to stay. We would love to visit you in Yellowknife, either in March or October 2015!! Enjoy your time in London and Paris, safe journeys. Juliet and Bryan x
