A relaxed wake up after our nght in the tent by the river, we have a lounging morning with a wonderful Ayurvedic massage and session in the sauna, just what the doctor ordered after our trek! We then spent the afternoon chilling before our journey back to Kathmandu where we stayed in the Kathmandu peace guest house.
