A super early start, we wake up to head up poon hill for the sunrise. With multitudes of layers on we pace it up te hill not quite realising how far it is we need to venture. When we get to the top we nestle into the crowd to try to get a good spot for the sunrise ober the three mountain ranges. The clear snow capped peaks of the Annapurna stood straight in front of us, gradually glowing orange with the rising sun. After a mulitude of pictures we head back down to the lodge for breakfast before heading out for the days journey. After Bering up at poon hill at 3210m the refer village of hille sits at 1500m a long descent for our penultimate trekking day. Following an old trekking trail we pass through lush green forests, waterfalls, and small villages before finally arriving at hille at around 3.30.
