Day 39 5th Jan

We start the day very lazily just enjoying our lovely hotel room...
I have a traditional Vietnamese breakfast which is basically no different from a traditional Vietnamese evening meal... Its noodles with vegetables, spices and garlic... Lots of garlic.....
We eventually venture out in search of lunch and find a really nice river front bar and have a lovely meal ( tuna steak with wasabi mash potato ) and a few drinks which are all really very good. We then walk down the road and into the place we ate in yesterday... The chocolate cake desert was fantastic so that's what we order.... And second time around its just as good... Chocolate cake with mango drizzle and ice cream.... Yum Yum !!
We are having a really easy day and just ride around Da Nang on the bike sight seeing.... There's not much to look at other than people going about there day.... In fact there's not much to do at all in Da Nang and even one of the guild books says the locals favourite pass time is either drinking coffee or getting drunk and I can see why....
We find more French stick to have with cheese left over from yesterday which we have just before heading out on the bike again to watch the bridge do its thing.. Only this time from a sideways on view point some distance from the bridge... Everything was going well until we realised that we hadn't put the memory card back in the camera so a quick dash across town soon followed.... We made it in time, and in one price back to our viewing spot and captured another good display from Da Nangs dragon... Then back to our lovely hotel room for the last night....
