Day 15 Today's going to be a easy day and after the last two days its a well needed rest.. We get up late and decide to explore on foot... Chaing Mai is the old capital of the north.... In the past It was a square moated city with a think inner defensive wall... Day 14 We all woke early, feeling broken and very unrefreshed. Slowly and begrudgingly we crawl under the mosquito nets, heading outside for some sunlight to warm us.... The village has a very slow peace of life which is nice... With a cup of Thai tea I claim a ripped hammock as my own and climb in... This is far more comfy than the bed... Day 13 Today we are off on a trekking experience... Two days one night. We are collected by a common sight in Northern Thailand... Its a pick up truck with a high level roof over the back... This is where the passengers sit.. They still have traditional TukTuks for shorter trip around Chaing Mai but we are heading out of town... We are the last to get collected and squeeze into the back of the pick up taxi.. There are a view English speaking voices so we breat...

Day 12. Travel to Chaing Mai Easy start to today... We are getting collected by coach for Chaing Mai at 10am from outside our hostel which is very convenient. Another night sleeping on a bed made from granite is taking its toll so for that reason alone we'll be glad to move on. Day 11 - 8th December Today we get up and head to a local cafe for breakfast... There are five cafés all in a row next to our hostel... They pretty much have the same menus, table chairs and general decor and the Thai girls working within them all sound the same... We go to the same one we ended up in last night and have our old faithful for breakfast... Today I'm feeling fine... Shiree.. Not so much, but being up and about is making her feel more alive agai...
