The sunrise woke me up this morning as the room I am in doesn't have a wall that faces the outside of the boat. I watched the beautiful African sunrise from my bed and then briefly went back to sleep. I eventually decided that it was too hot to stay in bed and got up and did some work and journal writing on my laptop before breakfast. I got up just before 8am this morning as that is what time breakfast had been set for. Bacon and eggs, very good call there. I basically had breakfast, sat on the deck for a bit and then fell asleep in a chair. I woke up and then went and had a bit more of a sleep in my room, I wasn't actually hung over, just really tired from last nights antics. I didn't wake up until about 1pm and I just made lunch. We left camp late this morning at 8am, funny how 8am has again become late and 6:30am has become a sleep in. I woke up in my room at Eureka and packed up the minimal amount of stuff I had brought in with me from the truck. I went and had breakfast and helped pack up the truck.
