Home! After a few delays in San Fran and Heathrow i have made it back but unfortunatly with no bag...fingers crossed. Have had a brilliant time away (6 and a hlaf months!) and am very glad i chose to take a gap year. The only problem i have now is 'the travel bug', i cant wait to see more of the world but unfortunatly Uni calls. Have had a brilliant experience: two Sunday mornings! Because of the date line i had a lazy Sunday twice, nice one. Anyway got here safely but ended up helping a girl who's bag had been lost by the airline and so was about 2 hours later into the city than i anticipated. Run out of time in Rotorua but enjoyed every minute of it. I stayed in a great hostel (Funky Green Voyager) and met a load of brilliant people, including one Brazillian who may come and visit me at Uni. Its a wierd town Rotorua, but in a good way. Like i said before the entire town smeels of sulphur but the good thing about that is there as thermal pools and boiling mud EVERYWHERE. Left Wellington a few days ago after a great stay with Charlie and have a few nights to remember. I ended up booking the Kiwi Experience bus to Auckland and left early (a bit too early at 7:45am) up to Taupo. Had a great bus ride there with the driver pointing out a few interesting sites on the way, on the bus also met anice guy going to Glasgow Uni next year and so may see him again in a few months.
