Dear All,

Just a quick note to say that we arrived safe and well in Cape Town. We've been 'awake' since 7:30am on Friday morning as sleep was impossible on the plane so we're now heading off for an early night before a boat trip to Robben Island tomorrow morning.

Sun is shining and its very warm in the sun so all going to plan so far.
