Hey Phil - not long to your birthday eh!!!?! hope you're excited. xxxx
Grandma & Grandpa
Hi there Philippa, sorry I haven't been in touch for a while , but you know how it is , pressure of work and all the usual rubbish excuses. I have just completed the few tasks your Mam set me before she left for Tenerife, ( successfully I hope.) Delivered a congratulations card for Anna and her new baby to Emma's address at 42, L'Arbre Crescent, no answer, so I popped it through the door after checking with her next door neighbour that I had the right address for Emma. Then delivered two shoeboxes with Christmas goodies to the library for Rumanian children. Home now and I thought it was about time I was in touch with you. Picking up Grandma at 2.00 o'clock and bringing her home here for afternoon for tea and cakes. It won't be long now until your birthday and then soon after you will be home for Christmas which we are all looking forward to. Lots of love Philippa, see you soon. Grandma & Grandpa. Hahn The Younger, But By No Means Less Fun To Talk To...
bonjour phillipa hope your having a great time (took me ages to think of that little corker!) in a very sunny looking spain, everyday must feel like a holiday (kind of) apart from getting your tires slashed, thats really awful. im sitting in the hot, dark and dingy computer room that still has no working windows that you can see the outside through (they are doing building work) but your pictures have cheered me up, especially seeing all that lovely dried meat (and the prizes dont look to bad either haahahaha - sorry). anyway ive had a fun day water my plants for my very interesting experiment upon how the leaves of said plants, communicate to each other. great stuff. :0* michelle xx

Mum And Dad
Hi Phil
Here we are back home again, can't believe I thought it was cold in Benalmadena yesterday when it rained, it's properly cold here!!! Dad has put one or two more photos on for you, mostly of school, hope they are OK. We had a great time with you and are keeping our fingers crossed that there are no more slashed tyres. Have sent you a 'test' letter just to see if it arrives so start looking in your mail box in a day or two. Bye for now and don't forget that car insurance!!
Love Mum xxx

Hello there Philippa, sorry to hear from your latest postcard that all the tyres on your car have been slashed, how awful for you just having got your car over there. Is this a bit of anti Brit vandalism I wonder. Thanks for your postcards from Ronda & Benalmadena, beautiful scenery. I have given you another E-mail address because digital photographs from Catherine were not accepted on my Hotmail address, I don't know why, I will try and get your Mam to sort this out for me when she comes home. I am sure you will have had an enjoyable time with Mam & Dad showing them around your new summer camp. I believe Jane is going over to stay with you for half term, that again will be nice for you. All our love Philippa, we miss you being around but keep the postcards coming. Grandma & Grandpa XXXXXXXXXXX
Emma
Hi Phil, how are you doing? Just a quick update on my life...wedding plans are going well, we've started to think about the menu, material for Bridesmaids and have definately found my dress...blah wedding blah wedding blah!
I think i have finally got over my snake phobia - i can now look at them on tv and newspapers without freaking out. Wierd eh!? I never thought i'd see the day. Crazy.
We went to see Parkinson last week at the BBC - guests were, Sheryl Crow, Jennifer Saunders, Ben Elton and get this - Clint Eastwood (what a legend, he's 73 and has a 6yr old kid...go Clint!!) It was excellent! What else?? We have had our flat valued and we've made £35k in 1 year which is pretty astounding really. Fingers crossed. I'd love to rent out our flat and buy somewhere with a garden - small luxury's us London folk yearn for!! So I'm looking for a new job and then when i get field based we'll move further South probably. I have applied to Mars through a freind who works there and loves it. I'm having my hair cut next week - maybe a flickie fringe for a change!!
So what's with you - how are you doing at school? Are you enjoying it? Take care babe - Email or call me soon. Lots of love Emma xxxx
Clara
Hi mate, just got your email, was great to hear from you. Just back from the Whitsundays, where we had a class time. Had a great crew, one very sexy bloke inparticular but i was later disappointed to find out, he was only 19. Oh my god, how young is that, i feel soooo old! Had a laugh last night in Magnums in Airlie Beach and got involved in party games, all in the aim of free beer, but i'm too embarrassed to go into details. See you soon mate, hope the jobs going well. Take care love Clairexx

Hi Philippa, I say it many times but there seem to be far too many buttons on this keyboard. I am certainly not conscious of having pressed any to get two blank entries on your message board. I do hope you had a great time with Catherine over the weekend. She has sent me some photographs from her Digital camera but there is something going wrong along the line because I am not receiving them ( hurry back Helen ). Had a lovely day yesterday at Chris & Petes for lunch. Had a phone call from your Mam from the ferry and she seems to be enjoying it, they were just entering the Bay of Biscay and were going to watch the Dolphines which sail alongside the ship in this area of the Bay. By now H&D will be on dry land and setting off on there journey to you in Malaga. Great stuff. I feel nearly as fit as a flea, although the angina bothers me quite a bit. Keep postcarding. All our love Grandma & Grandpa. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Ola sister (forgotten the word for that). I see you didnt get to come on your website last night after you left me at the airport, most likely because I had bled you dry of your last euros - sorry hon, will pay you back. I had an excellent weekend but am looking rather red faced especially on the eyelids which is highly attractive I'm sure you will agree. I will try and sort out putting some photos on tonight for you. Speak soon, cath xxxx
