Hello UK sleepers,

Yesterday we drove down to Ocean Shores from Sean's house, we arrived at Catherine's house at about 5.15pm traffic was really bad so it ended up taking us about 3hrs to get down instead of 1 1/2 hrs.

We went out for pizza last night with Catherine and Inti, they have very exotic pizzas over here so we got three large between us and couldn't finish it but don't worry Sean has eaten the rest this morning!!

We tried to get an early night last night as we had to be up early this morning, 5am came round very quickly, we both got up and got ready and then Sean drove us down to our required destination.

Once at destination we filled out a bit of paper work got changed into some lovely, very fashionable trousers and then listened to the instructions of what was going to happen next....... We boarded the small aircraft sat waiting for us on the run way, once we were all squashed in like sardines in a jar we were off!!

14,000 feet up and it all became very clear what we were about to do, without a second longer to think about it we were out, free falling at 120mph for 1 minute then the canopy opens and you glide down across Byron Bay which is spectacular!!

We had just tandem skydived from 14,000 ft!!!!!!

We both landed safely and we are here to tell the storey so no worrying please!

After that experience we drove into Bruswick Heads and had a look around their market, there were two aboriginal painters sat in front of a tree doing the most beautiful paintings, we ended up buying one they were soo good, we can't wait to show you when we get home.

We are just having a bit of lunch then heading down to the beach, we hope you are all sleeping well.
