We had to take one! Arrived in Pisa yesterday afternoon and checked into the hostel. We made some friends and the four of us went to go and see the tower. I was surprised by how much I actually like it, I thought it would be a real tourist hot spot (including us) but it was relatively quiet and peaceful, the church next door is very beautiful too. We then went to get some food and found a good deal where you pay €5 for a drink and then get an unlimited buffet of food free. Headed back to the hostel and then made more friends, so in the end it was about midnight and we all decided to go back to the tower again (the only reason for being in Pisa, you may aswell see it twice). The funny thing is there really is not much else to do here. This is when we realised that Pisa never sleeps. The streets are full at 1 in the morning, twice as busy as they are during the day, so we enjoyed that and had a drink. Today heading off to Milan.
