We arrive in Casablanca and meet our guide, Ahmed and driver Abdul. They load up our chariot for the next week, a late model mini-van and take us through the city giving us a short tour to get our bearings. After they drop us off at our hotel, we go for a short walk to help us adjust to the time difference. Unfortunately, nothing is open for dinner yet. We stopped by Rick’s café, get it, from the movie? It looked kinda cheesy and touristy from the doorway so we didn’t feel like we missed anything. Its only 6:30pm and dinner isn't until 8:00pm so we hoof it back to the hotel and have a low key, room service dinner so we can go to sleep and wake up in the right time zone. East and sleep were the priorities tonight.
