I am soooo jealous, you sound like you are having the best time ever :) Haven't had a chance to read all your entries (god they are long) but have been skimming through to get the highlights: dodgy foot, Heinz, vietnamese girls and you getting pissed (no more cranberry juices when you get back hey).
