Dear All, Literally just disembarked from the Spirit of the Pacific tall sailing ship after our 3 days at sea. Only 7 other people on board plus 8 crew. Had just the best time. It did rain yesterday (all day) but we still went snorkelling and Marion went scuba diving down 11 metres. We saw sharks around the coral but strangely, we didn't panic as we knew they were reef sharks, which are harmless to people. We stayed 2 nights on Barefoot Island. No electricity ...

Ni Sa Bula to everyone from Fiji. Arrived safely from Auckland last Thursday and spent 5 days at the Wellesley boutique resort about 2 hours from the airport on the Coral Coast. It was very remote but absolutely beautiful. Managed by a Brit from London, so we got a special welcome. Right on the beach and next to a typical Fijian village.
