Sunday 4th March

In Cairns. We went out to Green Island on the Barrier Reef, and went snorkelling again. I just cannot keep Jen out of the water now. I think she has a thing about Lycra suits , face masks and goggles!

Monday 5th March
Took the Karunda Scenic Railway up into the mountains to Karunda Village in the middle of a huge rain forest. A real feat of engineering back in the 19th century. Came back via a 7 km cable car ride.

Tuesday 6th March
Leaving Australia for the journey home via Singapore. Fleeces and brollies at the top of the case for when we get back to England
