Ayutthaya: former capital city of Thailand and many ruines!

#happymoments:
- visiting the beautiful summer palace Banga Pa of the royal king; loved the gardens with the special scented flowers and herbs. Everything was in preperation for the kings visit within the week for new year's

#neveragain:
- tried to climbe one of the ruines to get a greay shot which worked however I ripped my new pants with it haha

#tastyfood:
- tried a Thais speciality, fried bananas in coconut; very delicious!
- nice lunch on a river cruise with many thais dishes but also eat a lot of sushi :)

#weather: very sunny, around 35 degrees celsius

#sleepover: the very nice Nuovo city hotel! One of the diplomatic rooms :)

#funny: during my visit at X temple I saw a lot of kids from Thai classes and a group of 10 year olds were brave enough to ask my name. When I tried to repeat their names I obviously failed and they laughed so loud haha

#nice: our tourleader of the day told many stories about the history, religion and beliefs of Thai people

#didyouknow: there are 8 different kind of Buddha's, 7 representing each day of the week that you pray for on the day you are born. The eight one is for people that don't know :)
