Fox Glacier: ice, ice and lot of hiking!

#happymoments:
- doing an helihike on the Fox Glacier, biggest one of NZ! Walking and climbing on ice and enjoying the breathtaking view from the heli (4 hours!)
- hike around lake Matheson and seeing the reflection of MT Tasman & MT Cook
- drinking beers with Annika on the beach!

#neveragain:
- sandflies are the worst! bought a lot of insect repellent

#weather: very sunny again! Summer feeling :)

#sleepover: campsite near beach @ Okarito

#tastyfood: nachos!!! Coconut ice-cream for dessert!

#facts:
- MT Cook is highest mountain of NZ
- MT Tasman is famous for its glacier

#surprising: Fox Glacier is losing a lot of ice due to global warming; in 100 years went from 172m2 surface to 36m2 surface

#nice: stopover in Frans Josef Glacier town; nice talk with Rhianne (UK)

#todo: Ann and I had great talk about hikes and I definitely need to go to lake district in UK
