Las Vegas
We arrived on Thursday to Las Vegas and went out to see the sights of Las Vegas. I was so impressed with the set up of Las Vegas. Even though people see it as a gambling place and it is, it is also very well set out of the cities of the world. If we had not visited so many places we could have pretended to have visited the Eiffel Tower - which we did go up to the top again with Peter. It overlooks a grand water display which happens every half hour. It was spectacular to watch. We also went to the Hollywood area, the Paris area, the disneyland area. There was so much to see. We walked for so long looking at everything. We then went to Las Vegas downtown which was so good to see. It has a special show on the hour which plays music from the 60s (Bye Bye Miss American Pie) and when you go down the mall it displays a video presentation on the ceiling of the whole mall. It was so fantastic to see and the atmosphere was great. Everyone was singing and dancing to 60s music. Back to the hotel and bed.... very tired 12 midnight..... but what a day to remember.
