So in case any of you out there are still convinced I'm going to be living in a mud hut surrounded by lethal bugs and seconds away from contracting AIDS, I'm going to do a travel blog so you all will know I'm still alive.

I leave in three weeks. I'll let know how my first plane ride goes after I arrive there.
