Hey everyone!

Thanks so very much for all of the positive feedback on our blog and our trip, both while we were gone and since we have been back. We are officially back and settled in Edmonton for the present time. Pat is in classes and I am back to work.

We have not yet finished our blog however, and hopefully we will get the last album of pictures and the last few tales of our travels posted in the near future. Once again, thanks to everyone for tagging along with us while we were gone. Keep in touch!

Hi Pat and Morgan, I visited with Roxanne yesterday and she told me a bit about your adventure so I have spent the last hour or so reading your blog and looking at your pictures (both of which are great by the way). Ken and I did the trip from Alaska to Terra del Fuego last year, 9 months on a motorcycle and my behind may never be the same. I long to do the trip again, looking at your pictures had memories flooding back like it was yesterday (especially Boliva and the Salt flats, loved them!). I hope you two hold on to your desire to travel and enjoy the adventure of other people and places, we can learn more from them than we can from any book. Enjoy life and what it has to offer! I enjoyed hearing about what you ate and drank!!! I even felt your pain when you were hungover!!!It sounds like you had a wonderful time. I'm sorry for both of you your trip is over.

Hey everyone,

Just a quick note to let everyone know that we have safely made it from Manaus, Brazil to Puerto Nateles Chile. He have somehow managed to cross the continent without a slip up in under 3 days- which we are very happy with to say the least. Tomorrow we start our trek through Torres del Paine, which will take 4-5 days, before taking a boat up the Pacific Coast to Puerto Montt, Chile. I am super excited for this leg- perhaps the most excited I have been so far. Stay tuned for new blog entries- they are on the way, we just haven´t had the opportunity the past while to post.

Regarding that mass email that I apparently sent out. I am not too sure at all what happened there... I didn´t send anything. So for those of you who received it, disregard it and delete it- I have no idea what it contains. Since we are using internet cafes something must have happened- never know what happens when you are using a public computer sometimes. Sorry for any inconveniences!
