Went to Wainadoi to do the Zip Lining in the forest canopy.It was great fun zipping through the trees on 8 separate lines all of varying length and speed. I had trouble stopping and smacked into the Fijian guides a couple of times! We were at heights of up to 100 feet and reached speeds of50 km per hour.

Yesterday we went to watch the locals (staff at the Uprising Resort) play rugby.They've all been training so hard (abstaining from alcohol for 2 weeks) and it was great watching them. They were trying to get visas to attend a rugby tournament in Australia but couldn't. So last night they were allowed a night off and they all let their hair down inviting us to join them. It was a lot of fun.

Tomorrow we spend a night in Nadi before going out to the Yasawas for 5 nights. Will update the blog again if and when we can.
