In a private ceremony attended only by his close family at his city residence, Cascade Manor, Captain Scott launched his upcoming expedition to Patagonia.

With minimal fuss and pomp, he deftly outlined their journey and the inherent perils of living at "close quarters" in dark and foreign lands.

First Officer F. Koutsoukis was in attendance and impressed all with his spanish-speaking abilities, lithesome physique and patchwork beard (a'la Lautrec) - sure to be a hit with the indigenous peoples of the region.

Trip Jester A. Scott (jnr) was also in fine form, regaling all with anecdotes from past adventures, impressions and rowdy sea-shanties on the piano.
