Well, neither Ken, nor I slept well and that did not bode well for our day. Our flight made it to Munich around 730am, after spending an hour in Newark de-icing. The airport was not very busy, and we made it through passport control and customs in about 30 minutes. However, Paige was not due to land until 1230, so we had about 4 hours to kill. I am typing while sitting in 12E and Ken next to me (reading the WSJ) in United's BusinessFirst on our way from Honolulu non-stop to Houston.  In a few minutes we will have drinks, food and video entertainment to help make the 9 hour flight go a a bit faster.   We were actually scheduled to fly home from Lihue-Honolulu-Denver-Houston, as when we booked the HNL-HOU flight was not available with miles for BusinessFirst.
