So, the night went by way to slowly....meaning, Ken couldn't sleep and I was restless. We had decided to make the 9:00am train to Amsterdam which got in around 12:15p, which was in time to get a bit of sightseeing in. After not sleeping great, that 9:00am train started sounding like 5:00am.  

Nevertheless, we hauled ourselves out of bed, made it down to a light breakfast and grabbed the taxi to the train station. Once again, we forget that we really only need to show up about 5 minutes before the train leaves. Meaning, we got their 30 minutes early so had to find a cappuccino to pass the time. Luckily, there were several options and we were able to relax before hitting the train.

The trains were uneventful and once we arrived at Schiphol Airport (Amsterdam) we checked into the Sheraton for the night. But, instead of sightseeing, we decided to take it easy the rest of the day. Which meant some good naps, shopping at Schiphol (they have cool shops) and free food at the Sheraton Concierge Lounge.  

After a wonderful long weekend, it is time to go home tomorrow. Send karma that we make it into BusinessFirst.
