Where to start from the beginning is often a good place haha.
After a not great nights sleep due to oversleeping on plane I got up relatively early (10am) to go get breakfast which turned out to be a lot more of a struggle than I thought unless I wanted what I had for my dinner last night. No thanks. So ended up at Starbucks, how very cultural I know haha.

After that decided on course of action for the day and my first stop was the Indian Temple on Sillom Street just up from the Hostel. It was interesting to say the very least and I had to take my shoes off and walk over the burning hot ground so decided not to stay too long there or would have passed out from the smell of incencse! Then made my way to the Seahell museum (dont dare laugh haha) was kinda cool to see all the different shells most of which form around the Thailand coast.

I then decided to head to the Grand Palace well it wsnt my greatest idea haha. Is the Queen's birthday today and Thai's go crazy mental over Royal Family so there were 10s of thousands of people all with the same idea as me so taxi couldnt get close but inst ead took me on a sightseeing adventure to some of the jewel stores and other Thai markets before dropping me off at a boat dock for me to get the boat up to the Grand Palace and that was much more fun, excpet thing got back of neck burnt there. On arrival made my way to Palace to discover ot shut early today, I mean how dare it haha but then heard that the "Lucky Buddah" Temple was open and apparently it is only opem 2 days in a year so taht worked out well for me. Getting there was a rollercoaster ride however on one of those TukTuk's but was an experience all the same after that I went to the Export District (was all part of tour and driver was on commission from company if brought guests haha) so had wander there too before heading home or should I say trying to head home haha.

Driver said was quicker to get Skyline back to Sillom Street, so I thought ok I've tackled London and New York undergrounds this will be fine and it was till I got off haha and didnt really know where to go haha altho after asking friendly policeman got pointed in right directiona dn came across night market and got a bit lost again haha and asked another friendly restaruant and was sent on my merryway finally arriving home a bit tired and wery although shower has now perked me right back up!!
