Well am now far of plan and in Kuala Lumpur! haha.

Left Koh Tao (sniff sniff) on Thursday. Was hard to drag myself away after an amazing 5 days on the island!

Caught the boat to Ko Samui where we were hoping to organise our Thai visa extension and laze about island hopping for the next few days and working on the tan but after arriving in Ko Samui off the Catamaran boat (a lot smoother than night boat haha) made our way to try and find accommodation which we thought would be relatively straightforward hence not having any booked. Oh how wrong we were! Found a place The Wave recommended in Lonely Planet and oh my god you would have to pay me to stay there! So grabbed some lunch and went searching again! Could not find any accommodation and tired from night before was on a seriously short fuse haha then sitting having drink contemplating what to do met a writer from the Lonely Planet!!! Who solved basically everything as said that extending visa here is expensive and only really avalaible for 7 days! (we were told 14days) so after some consideration decided to make our way out of Thailand to Malaysia (again on his suggestion haha) so made our stressed way to the internet cafe and booked with good old AirAsia flights for the very next morning out of Thailand to Kuala Lumpur not quiet the beach hoping we were imagining! Flight was from Phuket so then organised our transport there before finding accommodation at The Loft which turned out to be really nice little room!

Was up at silly o'clock the next morning to catch boat then bus to Phuket. Journey felt like it took forever espec as were still tired and just wanting to be anywhere but sitting on a bus! haha. Finally reached Phuket and found our hostel (eventually) back to dorm rooms but was only me and carmel in room so not too bad then headed for a much needed Chang beer haha. A few beers later and dinner finally made our way back and to bed wake up call was for 4am!

4am came around way too quickly and like the waking dead made our way from taxi to airport and airport onto flight haha. Flight was just over an hour and then we were in KL! Caught bus into the city driving through saw the Petronas Twin Towers (an amazing city skyline)

Found our next hostel (The Equator) was nice and again a dorm room this time with 2 guys although never really said that much. Starving we then made our way to find food and what did we find good old McDonald's hahaha. After feeling revitalised by the fast food headed into Chinatown and along Petlang Street before coming across a CHRISTMAS SHOP!!!! A good few hours later we finally emerged bags full of decorations for Ko Samui! Then wandered around before stumbling across the Reggae Bar and having a coke (i swear! drink is so expensive with Malaysia being a muslim country) then we made our way to Little India and the Saturday night market! Here was amazing! Such a mix of food and drink tried potato snacks basically deep fried spiral of potatoes covered in a cheese powder with chilli and mayo sauce and washed it done with some funky looking drink with jelly in it haha think it was watermelon! Then made our way back to Chinatown for dinner! Had Thai chicken was yummy!!!! Then we were both absolutely shattered so packed all our christmas decorations headed straight to bed!

Was up about 9am although woke about 6 and dosed from then am too used to waking up at 6am! Had our free breakkie and then made our way to Hostel Cosmopolitan, nearer where everything is and with more amenities! (i.e free internet haha). Probably now going to be in KL for th 10 days as weather around coast is pretty bad so no beaches for us! But the way rest of this has gone who really knows haha.
