Hey GuysStopping off in KL, for a couple of nights just to see the bright lights of the petronas towers and the KL tower. We heard a lot of bad things about KL but we really like it. Clean city, with lots of sights and friendly people, but like all capital cities its expensive. We're gonna soak up a few more sights today then we're off to Singapore, to catch our flight to Aukland.Photos will be posted soon (this computer doesn't have usb so no can do)...

Malacca's cool, relaxed atmosphere with a lot of culture mixed in. The whole city is a historical mix of 600 years of colonisation by Sumatra, Portugal, Netherlands, Japan and the British. Spent 4 days here recovering from a 30hour trip from Indonesia, just spent the time taking in the sights, going to a few bars and even tenpin bowling. Now we're off to Kuala Lumpur for a couple of days.Then to Singapore

Lake Toba one of the Largest and Deepest lakes in S.E asia It is 76km wide and some parts in the lake has a depth of 450 meters. The water was amazing cool and clean. We stayed on an Island the size of Singapore but the population is only 10,000 its called Samosir. One of the most beautiful places to go to, and to make it better the locals are lovely, this is a why we stayed there for 12days. A MUST SEE SPOT!!!

Penang, only been here for 2 days and we're heading to the north of the island for more beach life. Still need to adapt to Malay way, hostels are not very cheap compared to Thailand, but the food is dirt cheap and with it being islamic there is a high indian influence therefore......CURRIES!!!!

Koh Tao is a small island off the east coast of Thailand, we were there for 4 nights relaxing on the beach and generally being lazy. Its a really cool place so chilled out and easy going the kind of place we could stay for a while. we have a few photos of our resort so check them out.
