Today's itinerary: use the ferry system to an outer island and go to the beach. we caught a ferry from Kowloon to Hong Kong and then another one to Lantau Island. The first ferry moved so slowly and the second was a high speed ferry. It took 30 minutes from Central to Miu Wo on Lantau Island. We went to Kowloon Park first thing in the morning to exercise. When we finished with our routine, we walked around in the park. It's Sunday morning and the weekend warriors are out. There were all kinds of activities going on-many groups doing Tai Chi, some practising with the bo (long stick), Tae Kwon Do lessons, runners, swimmers, and ping pong players. The warning was reduced to a Level 3 by about 4:00, so we went out for a walk after dinner. There were a lot of leaves and some branches where there were trees, a portion of a sign down, but didn't notice much else. Apparently the waves were huge today.
