Our Big European Adventure
Today we accidently woke up at noon (!) so we didn't have as much time for outings, but isn't that the point of vacation? We started with a cafeteria-style lunch where we shared a yummy pizza and then headed to the subway to catch a train back to Schonbrunn Palace. Today we wanted to see Gloriette, at the Schönbrunn Palace Garden. Built in 1775, the hill upon which Gloriette sits is 60 meters high. This is an amazing vantage point for much of Vienna. As the sun began to set, and Andy dozed in his stroller, we boarded the train back to the city center and found an outdoor cafe for a quick bite. When Andy awoke he just wanted a chocolate croissant for dinner...that's legit when you're in Europe, right? Enjoy the photos!
