Waving adios the the Wonderful Jackson Hole! Drive to Yellowstone is as usual... full of interesting sights, passing through the rather quiet state of Idaho....farming land, famous for it's Potatoes!

Another fantastic day! With our first ever sighting of the Great Grey Owl...Weather improved so a short hike to Phelps Lake with beautiful scenery reminding me a lots of Switzerland or Austria, stunning! Followed by a picnic and a swim in the home of local grizzly and black bears..String Lake, kids n Neil took a dip very cold lake but all 3 kids

MAY BE EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS ON BLOG LEAVING MESSAGES... SORRY........................... Wow how cooler it is today....down fall of rain through the night, fantastic for the wildlife though..much needed. A little different to what we are used to, sweaters on <62deg lower than Death Valley..brrrr. A visit to Jackson hole ski resort it is then with plenty of outdoor activities x

Leaving Vernal for a good 6hr drive to Jackson, Wyoming....with amazing views on route...unlike our M1/M25. Arrived safely at Jackson and what a fabulous town it it.. Famous for cowboys and elk! Super place looking forward to Teton National Park....
