4 hour long ferry ride to Colonia Del Sacramento.
An old colonial town originally built by the Portuguese to smuggle stuff into Argentina and then taken over by the Spanish.
Quaint little town which you could walk round in a day. Highlights included seeing the old town, climbing the lighthouse and watching a massive thunderstorm and played UNO with some new Scottish friends.
Not forgetting Ben trying out a 'chivito' the traditional Uruguan sandwich. Steak, onions, cheese, tomatoes, bacon. The amount of fat dripping from it said it was a heartattack waiting to happen!
