Howzit....and Greetings from South Africa!!

I arrived in Cape Town, South Africa at 11am today after spending one day in Hong Kong in between, where i walked around most of the city and saw a light show at night time of the Hong Kong Island Skyline...very impressive! Had the most incredible time in Indonesia and really didn't want to leave and also wanted to bring Alice along with me 2 :-(

Anyway, i am being joined by my new sidekick in arms Paul the Lion Dodger Allsopp, on Saturday 12th July and our plan of action is to travel from Cape Town to Durban within a 21 day time period and hopefully take in lots of sights, a Great White Shark Cage Dive, the ASP Billabong Pro Surf Competition at Jeffreys Bay, a (cheap) safari and plenty of surfing in between! Unfortunately i don't have my surfboard anymore, due to a bunch of w***ers in good old British Airways HQ (the only company in the whole world who won't take surfboards on their flights), so may have to rent or even buy and sell a cheap board.....who knows maybe Kelly Slater will give me his winning gun on the 20th July!!

I will be returning to the Homeland on August 2nd 2008 skint but well travelled and i'm looking forward to seeing everyone at a reunion BBQ....details to come soon.
