Salvador..my favourite place in Brasil!!!

in Recife now for a few days which is in the North East..took me 10 hours to get here as it stopped at 5 other destinations...grrrr!

Can you believe I am almost in my 11th month of travelling and have only 2 weeks to go???!!! Well I am now in Brasil and having an absolutley fantastic time! Since flying from Santiago in Chile I spent my first week in a district of Brasil called Botofogo which has its own beach (although not very nice) but is a 20 minute walk from Copacobana beach. Copacobana beach is not the nicest but is adjacent to Ipanema beach which is the place to be..all the beautiful poe...
