A great day, starting with a 4 hour Riverboat Discovery tour which included watching Floatplanes take off and land on the river, watching an Alaskan Dog Mushing demonstration and visiting the Chena Athabascan Indian Village with a demonstration of their life in the early 1900s.
After leaving the Riverboat, we then went into downtown Fairbanks for a lunch break and at 2.15pm we headed off on our 3 hour coach trip to the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge. Checked into hotel, booked a Dinner Theatre excursion at the Denali Music Theatre and have booked a Covered Wagon Adventure trip for tomorrow afternoon/evening.
Weather has been fantastic today, and will hopefully continue.
