And then there were 3 ... Hello all back in Norn' Iron' (including Gary, Simon and Johnny who left this side of the world last week). Well for once
you may actually be getting better weather than us in Brisbane at the moment, as South-East Queensland has just been declared a disaster zone
due to severe flooding... but its still about 25 degrees every day so it's not all bad!

We have since bought the car from the boys when they went back home. Michelle, now known as Michelle-a-tron (an apt name due to being able to take 5 fully grown men at once) is doing well except for the crack in the windscreen getting bigger and letting the rain in. We have been going on road trips at the weekends to the Sunshine and Gold Coasts. It also makes a change not stealing trolleys from Coles now with our shopping!

Well when the others made their way up from Melbourne we had several big nights out and maybe a trip to Brisbane Casino ( but we don't want to hear b****ing about wasting money so its only a maybe!). That weekend was probably one of the best of the trip so far, spent on Fraser Island camping. We arrived at Dingo's backpackers on the Thursday and were in bed for 7pm after the big night the night before. Up bright and early on the Friday to go and pack the hired jeeps and discover our drink pile for the weekend was 4 times the size of the three other groups, this bode well for the weekend! Friday we went to Lake Mackenzie with our group which was us 5 idiots, 2 Irish guys, an Irish girl and 2 English girls. Friday night was a bit messy with some ending up in the tents before 9pm. Saturday was spent indulging in warm beers, paracetemol and a shipwreck. We headed back on the Sunday over to the mainland and down to Mooloolabba for a meal at Gary's aunties place. The day after we waved good bye to the lads as they headed to New Zealand.

On the job front Adam has got a job working with Nick in the hospital installing IP phones so no more night shifts for him, both will be working there until the end of June/start of July before we all get on the road again (about time!) and explore some of the rest of Oz.
Next week Nick's friend from home comes to stay for a few days and Neil, Nick and her will go to Sydney for a long weekend and hopefully a messy one at that! Meanwhile Adam and Sarah will go exploring along the coast in an attempt to save some dough!

Well its pretty much the usual work work work for all us here during the week but can't complain when the money is rolling in :)
