Another morning of being awoken by the sun shining and the waves crashing. Today we are moving off from Koh Phayam and heading south towards Phuket.

Breakfast eaten and bags packed we all jumped on our motorbike taxis back across the island to the pier we had arrived two days ago.

We sat and had a drink on the beachfront while waiting for the speed boat to come in from Ranong.

A quick 40 minuets later we were back on the river opening of Ranong, off the boat, and into a taxi to the bus depot. There was luckily a Phuket bound bus just about to leave, so within 10 minuets we were off on the road again. Tonight's destination is Khao Lak, a seaside town an hour north of Phuket. It took 3 hours to get there from Ranong.

First call was food. We had a great dinner in Restaurant 9, starters, mains, and Chang (beer) for dessert.

Second call was a bed. We found a bungalow on a road between the beach and the main strip.

Third call was shopping for the girls and more Chang for the boys. This resulted in way too much shopping for the girls and a few too many Changs for the boys. A 'Changover' might be on the cards tomorrow.
