Leaving Kragenaes was a wrench as we had really grown to like this little place, but it was raining and it was not blowing too hard and we needed to press on before the opportunity closed on us for a few days.
Our passage to the bottom of Langelands was better than anticipated, it had taken us norhtwestwards to keep some draft under us and then across to the west. We closed the coast and then ran down it sailing as best we could to the southern end. Then, exposed once more, the full force of the SW six hit us with some quite large seas turning "October" into a submarine as we ploughed round the headland and headed back northwards into Bagenkop.
This was an easy access harbour with ample space and we took a wall side to start and then moved to a box mooring in a slightly more favourable spot. Soon joined by a friendly German we settled for the evening in this tidy spot ready for a leisurely start in the morning.
