Well time for my first proper blog entry now that I have actually set off and have left Australia!

I am currently in Auckland Airport, it is 1am in the morning and everything is shut... not the first time I have experienced Auckland airport in this way as had exactly the same flights last time I came... but as many of you know, I don't learn!! lol

Ah well, it's not too bad... only have 5ish hours to kill so I'm sure I'll survive.

So seen as I have basically only been on a plane so far, I guess I'll tell you a bit about my flight..... Firstly I must say that Air New Zealand has the BEST airline food... fish fillets and coleslaw... yum! (again, some of you will know how fussy I can be when it comes to airline food). But the funniest thing about my flight was the couple in front of me.... a relatively hot dark hair guy with a really skinny bleached blonde girl. Well I had great pleasure watching him gradually get more and more pissed off with his over attentive girlfriend who couldn't keep her hands off him and must have given him about a kiss a minute.... and that's NO exageration. Don't get me wrong, public displays of affection can be sweet,but she was going way over the top and it was hilarious to see boyfriend's annoyance grow as the flight went on! I know, I'm easily amused!

Well guess there's not much else to say.... only wrote this to kill some time. However...if you read this Jo, I would really appreciate a nice latte when I get off the plane in New Plymouth! lol
