Rae up and out before me againt oday- horse ridding - swimming with horses she looking forward to it. Me diving again picked up same time- told to day i was going to have 1 2 1 learnign today with the owner- which i think thats what i needed as by the end of the day i caught up with what the guys did in 2 days i did in one- also got to go out in the sea to do a dive today which i falut i did really well- had to have a couple of extra weights those as i wasnt relaxed enough and kept floating to the top- but finally got it - watched more videos at the end of lunch and dive- had a few problems today equalising but it was good fun- glad i actually stuck to it .

Vis wasn;t that great in the sea but stuck pretty close, as little worried what was gonna be in sea ect, but did well.

Back t van at the end of day- hot shower and food - wrote some postcards out dairy and bed to warm up.
