I love this system. It is such fun watching your adventures! Is it just me or are other people having trouble viewing the latest batch of pictures? Anyway, very glad to hear you are having such fun, and enjoying the games, and rekindling old friendships, and new ones with Mr Goong (apols if that's not the spelling but you can't flip back to check!!). All well here. Not too sure about losing the hour on the clock and still getting up for Mothering Sunday Service - I want a lie in, not to get up an hour earlier!! Big hugs. Chris xxxx

Reading your progress with interest. You're right about the announcers coming over as parochial in Melbourne. A tad embarassing. Hope you are enjoying the atmosphere. We are loking forward to seeing you soon.

C, your man finished LAST(14th) in a time of 3h11m, thanks for your SUCCESSFUL attempts to put a message up! S&C, good to hear from you, glad the holiday went well, get a ticket out to NZ and join us down there! M&J, nice to know you're still with us! It's 32 degrees and we're melting - the Barbie is alight, it's 1.30 pm and later we're off to the LAST NIGHT of the Games. We're sitting half way down the finish straight, lower tier. Watch for the ENGLAND basebal caps! We asked for England flags but the Aussies told us it was BYO!! Have a nice weekend, off to Tasmania on Tuesday for four days, then back for an "Aussie Rules Footie Match" Friday night

Jill! It has just occurred to me that you may be able to find out for me if the runner in the Mens Marathon who was from St Helena actually finished. A brave man and I so hope he did no matter how long it took him.
The cover of the games this morning is quite exciting so not much house work being done here !!!
Hope all is well with you both
Love Carole

Dont know if its me or the machine but here I am trying again.
Am back from Wales and catching up on your activities. All sounds great . Your Hong Kong experiences make me regret not being braver and seeing more of the place than just the airport - fantastic as it is.
The news from the games has been great so I know you will be enjoying yourselves. If this works then I'll know what to do next time and will be in touch again. Its great sharing your holiday with you
Love and good wishes to you both Carole

Finally managed to catch up with all that you've being doing, you've been busy! Looks absolutely fantastic. We are back from our travels - most of which we enjoyed - Senegal was even hotter than Gambia and alot more peaceful. Mum is now back in Cheddar - she is watching this site but hasn't worked out how to post a message! R, I'm glad you enjoyed your party and thanks for your note. Take care, slow down and enjoy! Loads of hugs, Love Z & C

G'day G'ma and G'dad!!! Or is it G'night where you are!!!! Look out i've finally worked out how the website works!!!! Technology and me don't really go!!! Sorry for the delay in tuning in but good old salvation army consider this site a chat room and so barred it!!!! Anyway now accessing from home - a bit slow as no broadband in Penrhos!!! Only took me 2 hours to catch up with all your photos and postcards!!!!!! Took me so long i missed Eastenders so can't tell you whats happening mum!!!Any chance you could send a kangaroo or koala bear before 9.ooam tomorrow???? - George's letter of the week is kicking K!!! George sends you a big hug, kiss and punch!!! He did me proud and threw up in burger king and then in my car today - nice - hope it's something he ate rather than another bug. He cheered up when i said he didn't have to go to his swimmimg lesson though! He tells me that Rory (his sparring partner at school) has been moved to another table - i think Mrs Impey has split them up!!! Will find out more at Parents evening next week. Anyway not sure how much space you get to write so will stop for now. Now i know what 'm doing i will call in regulalrly for a chat. Have fun loads of love Sallyxxxxx
