Well... at this moment I am sitting in the Penticton General Hospital's ER with a level 8 migraine with pain my neck radiating down my spine.

This is a huge issue for me. It makes me think and wonder... what will happen when I'm out of my country, my country where I have access to free medical care.

Being here right now worries me about traveling with my medical conditions. It's also a reminder that I have to look carefully into medical care in the countries I plan to visit while abroad.
