Saturday 21st June Denali National Park We had a sleep in this morning and went for a ride up to the Grande Denali Hotel for breakfast and to take in the magnificent views. Sunday 19th June Fairbanks Up at 7.45am. Morning sightseeing featuring the highlights of Alaska's second largest city, Fairbanks. Wednesday 18th June Dawson to Fairbanks Up at 5am bags out at 6am and ready for a long day. We crossed the Yukon at Dawson by ferry and Les had "Moon River" playing. Les laid down a challenge - $1 each to enter and you had to guess how many cars we would pass on the left before we got to the Alaska Highway junction.
