Well I'm still in Kalgoorlie, so much for only staying here three nights untill the next train. I realise now that I made a big mistake when I first arrived here. I listened to other people's judgements of the place, people who hadn't even stayed here. There really isn't much to do here in the way of sightseeing, once you've done the tour then thats it really but its the people I've met here that have made it all worthwhile!!! So lets start the Kal experi...

Well I arrived safely in Kalgoorlie at 10.20pm Sunday night. I had travelled from perth on the Indian Pacific train, leaving at 11.55am. The journey wasn't too bad, spent a lot of the time talking to some other girls who were all travelling to Adelaide. I'm stuck in Kal untill early thursday morning when the next train comes through. There isn't much to do here unless you are a goldminer or have an interest in brothels!
