Orphanage. Joined the Brits Dan, sister Vicky and Julie to go to the orphanage, about 15 minutes walk, through dusty tracks with a guide from the hotel. Jambo! Gidday has now been superseded! After 15 hours fly time to Dubai followed by 4 1/2 to Nairobi, I am waiting for my final flight to Kilimanjaro. 12 hours in a fairly basic airport trying to get some sleep. Funny how priorities change and the simple things become important. All the seating in the airport is moulded plastic. I know I am an experienced packer, but this is a challenge! How do I get all this in that small backpack.   Which really isn't all that small when slung over your shoulders!   Am I getting too old for all this?? Yep!   Nah!   It's all in the mind so they say.
